OCIA and Adult Confirmation

Are you, or someone you know, considering becoming Catholic?  
 St. Mary of the Assumption offers a process called the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults – OCIA, that provides the opportunity for you to come to an informed decision about this choice.    
     
 Are you looking to learn more about the Catholic Faith?  You can also learn a good deal about the truth concerning  the Catholic Faith and its customs and traditions in the RCIA program.  Won't you join us?    

Classes are Mondays at 7pm in the PMC. Classes will begin September 9th, 2024.

Adult Confirmation classes for those adults that missed their Sacrament of Confirmation will begin on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 for six weeks.  Classes are on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm in the PMC and will run for 6 weeks in preparation for a Diocesan Confirmation event to be held on October 26, 2024 at 10:30 am at a location to be determined.  

These classes will prepare the adult 18 years of age or older for the Sacrament of Confirmation which will be celebrated with our Bishop.  If you are interested in Adult Conformation contact Deacon David.
