The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is a catechetical program for young children. It is a program of religious formation that helps a child to further develop his/her relationship with God in a developmentally appropriate way. It is rooted in Sacred Scripture and the Liturgy.
In CGS the religious values of childhood: contemplation and enjoyment of God, are predominant. This experience takes place in a sacred space, specially prepared for the children, called the Atrium.
As we begin building this ministry we are in need of volunteers to help assist in the atrium and also to create and donate the beautiful materials we need. We invite all members of the school and parish community to be involved in this beautiful ministry by sharing their Time, Talent or Treasure as they feel called. If you would like to see a list of ways to help please view our list of needs by clicking the button to the right.
